We collect only what we need to get jewellery to your door: your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. We never sell your data.

Payments

Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, and banking details go directly to Razorpay over encrypted channels — they never touch our servers. See Razorpay's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

What we store

Account details (email, name), cart contents, order and delivery records, and payment references (order and payment IDs — not payment instruments). Product browsing is not tracked with third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

Email orders@aajewels.in to request a copy of your data or its deletion. Order records required for tax and legal compliance are retained for the statutory period.
