Every order dispatches from our Machilipatnam workshop within 24 hours of payment confirmation, packed in tamper-evident jewellery boxes and shipped with tracking.

Timelines

Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–4 business days; the rest of India in 5–7 business days. You'll receive the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.

Charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that, a flat ₹99 applies, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Delays

Festival seasons and remote pincodes can add a day or two. If your parcel hasn't moved for 48 hours, contact us and we'll chase the courier for you.
