7-day easy replacement

Stone loose, hook bent, or the finish not what the photo promised? Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and a replacement ships the same week, at our cost.

Refunds

If a replacement isn't possible — say the piece is out of stock — we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item back. Razorpay refunds typically reflect in your account within a week of initiation.

What isn't covered

Normal wear, damage from perfume or water exposure, and pieces returned without their original packaging. Imitation jewellery is skin-contact-safe but not waterproof — treat it like the real thing.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
